Against flatulence and meteorism.
Digestive disorders tend to be linked with the excessive accumulation of gas in the stomach and intestine. The most common symtoms developing through these are a sensation of pressure, tension and fullness in the epigastrium, eructation, flatus.
AIR-X drops offers a way of treating such abnormal accumulation of gas in the gastrointestinal tract. AIR-X drops contains activated dimethypolysiloxane, a substance with surface action which causes the gas bubbles covered with mucus in the stomach and intestine to collapse.
COMPOSITION
Each 0.6 ml (12 drops) of emulsion contains:
Simethicone………………………………………………………………...40 mg
Excipients: Methylcellulose, Solution 70% of sorbitol, Polysorbate 80, Methylparaben sodium, Propylparaben sodium, Erythrosine lake, Strawberry flavor, Purified water.
APPEARANCE
Lightly pinkish whike color emulsion, strawberry odor.
INDICATIONS
Accumulation of gas in the gastrointestinal tract, sensation of pressure and fullness in the epigastrium, temporary meteorism following dietary indiscretions or lack of physical exercise, postoperative meteorism, gastrocardiac syndrome, in preparation for X-ray examination (stomach, intestine, gall bladder, kidney) and before gastroscopy.
DOSAGE
From measuring dropper
Newly-born baby and infant under 2 years: 0.3 ml (6 drops) after meals.
Children and infant over 2 years: 0.6-1.2 ml (12-24 drops) after meals.
CAUTION
Do not exceed 12 doses per day except under the prescription and supervision of physician.
SIDE EFFECT
AIR-X drops brings noticeable relief of symtoms and removes the gas causing flatulence. The most important active constituent of AIR-X drops, dimethypolysiloxane, is not absorbed from the stomach and intestine, so it usually has no harmful effect whatever on the organism. Any how, immediately inform your physician of the unwanted side effects, if any.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
No interactions of Air-X drops with other drugs have been reported.

2 years from manufacturing date.
WARNING
Do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated in the package. If the color of the medicine changes or it makes a strange smell or the emulsion is separated into 2 different layers, do not use it any more.
